HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C.-- Town leaders are expected to discuss the Holly Springs budget at this Wednesday’s meeting.

Part of the proposal would swap out the current 18 gallon recycle bins with 48 gallon roll out carts. That means residents will see an increase in their recycling fees. 

 

With the increase in recycling fees, garbage collection fees would go down, causing solid waste bills to drop by about $1.10.
