Clayton Police Offer Reward In Drain Cover Thefts

CLAYTON, N.C. -- Clayton Police are offering a reward for information regarding the theft of storm drain covers around town.
Police said that up to $1,000 will be offered to anyone offering information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
